Dear South Skyline Neighbors, We’re excited to invite you to an afternoon of good food, creative sharing, and community camaraderie! Please join us on Sunday, August 3, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Las Cumbres Community Center for our South Skyline Community Potluck Picnic and Arts, Crafts and Hobby Fair.
What’s Happening
• Potluck Feast: Bring your favorite dish and enjoy a variety of homemade delights. We’ll provide plates, utensils, napkins, and soft drinks.
• Arts, Crafts, Music and Hobby Showcase: Browse tables of local creations—painting, pottery, photography, woodworking, music and more. Chat with neighbors about their passions and projects.
• Planned Activities:
– An open mic for songs, music, poetry, readings
– Casual demonstrations and displays
– Opportunities to learn a new hobby or skill
– Light, family friendly entertainment
Calling All Local Musicians, Artists & Creators!
Whether you paint, write, bake, garden, craft, brew, tinker, or virtually anything else, we’d love for you to share your talent. This is a no sales event focused on community connection and creative exchange.
• Set Up Your Space: Bring any tables, umbrellas, or display items you need.
• Connect & Inspire: Swap ideas, offer mini demos, or simply share what you love doing.

Directions: Approximately 4.5 miles south from the intersection of Highway 9 and Skyline Blvd., or 1.5 miles north of the intersection of Black Rd. and Skyline Blvd. Follow the signs to the Community Center.
This is a community picnic for all South Skyline residents.
Please bring an entrée, salad or dessert to share.
SSA will provide plates, utensils, lemonade and soft drinks.
